As Unsidra, we would like to inform you, within the scope of our obligations under Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), before we process your personal data.

Personal Data Processed and Purposes

Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data is transferred domestically only to business partners necessary for service delivery. Transfers abroad are made under KVKK Article 9 with the required safeguards in place.

Retention Periods

• Account and contract data: 3 years from the date of account deletion
• Invoices and financial records: 10 years (legal requirement)
• Log and usage data: 2 years
• Marketing communications: until consent is withdrawn

Your Rights Under the KVKK

Under KVKK Article 11 you have the following rights:

• To learn whether your personal data is being processed
• To request information if it has been processed
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose
• To know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad
• To request correction of incomplete or incorrectly processed data
• To request deletion or destruction under KVKK Article 7
• To object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems
• To claim compensation if you suffer damage because of unlawful processing
