Terms of Use

1. Parties and Scope

These Terms of Use form the agreement between Unsidra (“Unsidra”) and the individuals and businesses (“User”) who access our services through unsidra.com. By using the Platform you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

2. Description of the Service

Unsidra is a SaaS platform that provides AI-powered marketing automation, customer segmentation and campaign management services for e-commerce stores.

3. Account Obligations

  • You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date
  • You must keep your password confidential and report unauthorized access
  • You may not share your account with third parties
  • You must be 18 or older, or have the permission of a legal representative

4. Payment and Subscription

  • Subscription fees are charged in advance according to the selected plan and billing period
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no refunds are given
  • Unsidra reserves the right to change prices with 30 days' notice

5. Usage Restrictions

You may not use the platform for the following purposes:

  • Sending unsolicited email or messages (spam)
  • Illegal content or fraudulent activity
  • Actions that threaten platform security
  • Uses that infringe intellectual property rights

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Platform, brand, logo and content belong to Unsidra. Using the Platform does not transfer any intellectual property right to you.

7. Limitation of Liability

Unsidra cannot be held liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our liability is in any case limited to the subscription fee you paid in the last 3 months.

8. Service Interruption and Termination

Unsidra reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate the terms without prior notice. 24 hours' notice is given for planned maintenance.

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by Turkish law. Disputes are resolved in the Istanbul Central Courts.
